VANEX allows courier companies with many drivers or just the lone man and van to enhance their customer satisfaction. VANEX provides GPS enabled tracking of parcels and immediate proof of delivery reports all using the drivers mobile device. The system also includes an online administration system which enables the tracking of all company drivers and a bidding system which allows work to be traded between VANEX subscribers. As the software is provided as a service, courier companies do not need to install anything other than purchase an Android or Windows enabled smartphone for their drivers.

Speedlink

SpeedLink is a courier company with big ambitions. SpeedLink required an online quote facility that could provide customers visiting their website with the ability to obtain real-time quotes for transporting a parcel. Each quote type had differing algorithms and makes use of third party routing software to determine the distance between addresses to obtain an accurate quote. In addition to providing quotes it enables the user to accept the quote immediately. When a booking is accepted it is automatically uploaded to the VANEX system.

Taxi Dispatch Professional

Since 2004, Taxi Dispatch Professional has assisted taxi and private hire firms across the UK & Ireland to put their customers first. This easy to use Windows application was commisioned by a busy taxi firm to their specification. It uses an intuitive user interface to manage the day to day runnings of taxi firms. The application allows a user to simply drag and drop drivers onto bookings and will autofill streets, surnames and fares. Additionaly the software allows bookings to be assigned to regular customer accounts and invoices can be printed monthly.

Apple Hygiene Services

The Brief: Produce a system that allows a busy hygiene company to organise the work schedule of its operatives and meet its contractual agreements. For instance: If a company gets visited every 6 weeks, the software reminds operatives of work required by printed service sheet or on their smartphone. Not only does it organise work schedules but it is a complete customer management and product ordering system. It also allows customers to order necessary commodity products such as hand towels or toilet rolls. The deliveries can be arranged to coincide with a service visit saving the company time & money. With the system being web based this enables remote operatives to manage their workload without visiting the central office.
